Job Summary

Provide support to Commercial Escrow Department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings.

The position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional multi-tasking and project management skills capable of prioritizing time and workloads and meeting established deadlines.

Job Description Essential Functions

  • Interprets agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents require for transactions
  • General understanding and knowledge of purchase and sale agreements and commitments
  • Communicates requirements and other information to clients including title exceptions and closing requirements
  • Prepares documents for closing
  • Compliance with corporate and NCS policies and procedures, including wire fraud training
  • Perform post-closing functions, including timely recording of transaction documents, following up to confirm receipt of same and distributing closing documents to clients
  • Support commercial escrow needs as needed.

Typical Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Typical Range of Experience

  • 1-3 years experience as an escrow assistant or a minimum of 3 years experience in a related real estate or title field
