First American Title Insurance Company has an opening for a self-motivated Sales Representative.
The Agency Sales Representative will work with title agencies to develop and retain a quality client base through the acquisition of new business and the maintenance of existing customers.
Will interface with First American’s Texas agency office staff as well as division management in carrying out the functions of the position.
-Builds client relationships, maintains and expands business with existing agent client base
-Communicates proactively with and responds in a timely manner to clients and colleagues
-Develops a sales plan to include calls on and appointments with title agents
-Assesses individual client needs and develops, presents and implements a plan to meet those needs
-Is highly visible in his/her marketing area by attending and participating in real estate industry functions
-Effectively creates and delivers group and individual presentations to clients, target customers and industry groups
-Extensive in-state travel
-Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree, preferred
Relevant Years of Experience:
-2+ years outside sales experience
-Experience in the title, real estate or mortgage industry, preferred
-Intermediate MS Office skills
-Valid driver's license
