Job Summary

Supports divisional business unit groups across geographic regions with a wide range of projects and initiatives.  Acts as a liaison with senior and executive management in divisional legal department to research claims, analyze situations and make recommendations.

Working with business departments, drive process improvement through seeking out and identifying opportunities and business process definition by defining and documenting processes and procedures. Assess and document training needs, communicate existence of new process. Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. Oversee projects for business departments and/or act as a liaison/strategic partner between division and, vendors, clients and other FA divisions to define business processes and/or generate, update and create various products and services. When new processes are identified, may drive implementation or hand off to business unit leaders for implementation. Seasoned Analyst managing a wide range of complex and diverse projects. Expertise in more than one area. Develops creative solutions and drives change. Typically has significant customer interface.

Essential Functions

  • Conducts business process evaluations, interviewing internal and external customers, to gain knowledge of business requirements.
  • Identifies problems, defines business process requirements, researches alternatives, negotiates for resources, develops solutions, gains consensus, tests to confirm, and implements solutions over a complete business process.
  • Considers the business implications of work flow and processes to the current business environment.
  • Create reports; research, analyze, and integrate data to identify and track trends. Adjust project/process direction. Report vital information to management/business partner.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in order to define business and technical parameters and lead team to meet business requirements
  • Analytical skills
  • Prefer individual has knowledge of title examination or timeshare inventory management skills to utilize in a general business environment/operation and has general cost benefit awareness
  • Business acumen
  • Expertise in Microsoft Access and Excel

Typical Education

Typically requires BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically 4- 8 years of directly related experience
