Key Responsibilities
- Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels/campaigns and assess against ROI and KPI goals including customer acquisition and retention
- Develop a scalable growth strategy through our direct to consumer channels while evaluating other sales/distribution channels for our products
- Own and efficiently scale a multi-million-dollar budget, allocating spending and optimizing a blend of channels to hit growth targets efficiently, while still thinking long term
- Manage customer segmentation strategy and develop smart attribution modeling, ensuring we reach the right audience with the right message, at the right place and time
- Manage and grow the team to expand the competency and skill levels of each core marketing channel – specifically broadcast and digital media
- Mature the analytics function to include more robust AB testing programs that support continual optimization and rapid test and learn mindset
- Partner with key stakeholders in engineering, sales, product, and service to improve the customer experience and present a cohesive, memorable brand
- Make compelling business cases to expand marketing spend based on intelligent risk-taking.
Requirements
- Must have had previous experience at Sr. Director level and above
- Experience at a company 100M+ in revenue and managing a marketing budget over $20M annually
- Experience with DTC marketing is a must
- At least 15 years of marketing experience
- 5 years’ experience minimum in various leadership roles
- Experience leading a team of 15+
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with focus in marketing

Salary Range:
$158,000 - $273,000
This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location.
