What We Do

As the Commercial Deposit Products Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of our commercial deposit products portfolio.  Product Management defines, promotes and communicates the strategic roadmap for current and future products. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, understand current business process, challenges, and opportunities. Identify potential products and emerging markets; conduct market research; generate product requirements; determine specifications; create product roadmap; conduct competitive assessments and product positioning; and craft marketing strategies/campaigns for new product introduction/launch. Act as primary contact and product evangelist to build awareness, understanding, and user acceptance. Works with customers to develop and prioritize high level product requirements and ensure customer satisfaction and goals are met. Work closely with technology, sales and other cross functional teams to determine plans for product implementation, upgrades and deployments. Participate in creating and driving product positioning and customer messaging.  Your expertise in commercial banking and deep understanding of market trends will drive the strategy and success of our commercial deposit products.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the commercial deposits product portfolio, including checking accounts, savings accounts, cash management solutions, and related services.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, competitive landscape, and leverage insights for product differentiation and innovation.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Technology teams, to define product requirements and specifications based on market demands and customer feedback.

• Drive the product development process from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality commercial deposit products.

• Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and optimization.

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for commercial deposit products that balance profitability with market competitiveness and customer value.

• Responsible for maximizing the financial performance of the deposit products under management

•Act as a subject matter expert for commercial deposit products, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders and customers.

• Provide guidance and support to the Sales and Marketing teams in promoting and selling commercial deposit products, including development of marketing collateral, sales training materials, customer communication plans, and product positioning strategies.

• Stay abreast of industry regulations, market trends, and emerging technologies in commercial banking and deposits, ensuring compliance and driving innovation in product offerings.

• Collaborate with leadership to align product strategies with overall business goals and contribute to the organization’s growth and profitability.

• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as needed

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on commercial deposit products.

• Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment with distributed teams and fast-paced work

• Experience working with next generation/fintech solution providers.

• Experience in customer experience design or related customer centric positions preferred.

• Strong understanding of commercial banking, cash management, and treasury services.

• Understanding of third-party core, payments, and/or ancillary platforms preferred

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies, drive product development initiatives, and bring new deposit products to market successfully.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.

• Strong product management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously within a fast paced, results-oriented environment.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial deposit products.

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Understanding of AGILE or SAFe development methodologies

Pay Range: $78,700- $144,500

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location.
