What We Do

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions to ensure secure and efficient device management across the organization.Develop and maintain policies, configurations, and compliance standards for Windows devices, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.Create and manage device profiles, applications, and updates to maintain a consistent user experience and ensure software is up-to-date.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to device enrollment, application deployment, and policy compliance.Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and maintain a comprehensive device management strategy, incorporating best practices and industry standards.Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Intune and related technologies, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members, as well as end-users, on Intune-related issues.Assist in the development and maintenance of Intune-related documentation.Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and end-users.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Intune and related technologies.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used:

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and other related technologies. Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, including desktop and mobile devices. Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy. Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and customization. Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) concepts and best practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Typical Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience with Windows 365 a plus. Experience with Citrix or other VDI technology a plus.


  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience supporting some combination of X86 server, enterprise computing, or networking infrastructure.
  • 5+ years working with virtualization technologies such as Citrix or Hyper-V.

Strong experience in managing and deploying Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager solutions. In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry best practices.

Pay Range: $71,500 - $148,5 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
