Responsibilities
·Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, debugging, regression testing, troubleshooting, and providing support for scalable enterprise solution.
·Identify opportunities for performance optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancement within the software development lifecycle.
·Actively participate in code reviews and providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement and mentoring of non-senior developers.
·Assist in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and establish positive relationships with colleagues while fostering a highly collaborative environment with constituents to consistently meet and exceed expected service levels.
·Embrace a growth mindset and proactive leadership to foster knowledge and skill development among the team while taking ownership of application development life cycle from inception to delivery.
·Flexibility in performing duties outside of normal work hours, as needed, to address critical business requirements.
Knowledge and Technical Skills
·Minimum 7 years professional experience with C#, .NET 6/7, ASP.NET
·Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
·Relational database experience such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL and related ORMs.
·Use of architectural design patterns
·Knowledge of logging, monitoring and telemetry
·Exposure to front-end frameworks Angular, React, JavaScript/Typescript desirable.
·Working knowledge of Alfresco and Azure CI/CD, a bonus.
·Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
·Adhere to coding standards industry practices, software development methodologies, and project timelines to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.
·Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
·Demonstrate expertise in developing multi-tiered software applications, showcasing your ability to design and implement robust and scalable solutions.
·Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software development to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
Pay Range: $94,800 - $211,000 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
