Our modern title decisioning solutions create certainty and speed through data and analytics, delivered to real estate agents, lenders, title agents and homebuyers. We're looking for a Sr. Full Stack Engineer interested in transforming our industry by solving cutting-edge problems with modern technologies, want the benefit of working for an established real estate insurance leader and seek a culture awarded as a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work.
What you'll do:
Design, develop, document, and maintain a React.js frontend application with its backend web services NodeJS leveraging AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, and other serverless technologies
Understand and discuss requirements for data engineers building big data pipelines using Glue and MWAA
Develop locally, empowered by Docker and tools like Figma, VSCode and DBeaver
Build resilient CI/CD alongside DevOps using GitHub Actions and Terraform
Work with QA Engineers to create and maintain automated tests
Provide expertise and mentorship to other engineers.
Knowledge and Skills
5+ years of significant development experience with any modern JavaScript / TypeScript framework but also interested in working in React.js and Node.js (our current development environment)
Experience with supporting applications in a serverless environment, AWS experience preferred
Experience with git preferred
Experience developing in a Docker environment preferred
Experience with SQL, familiarity with NoSQL a plus
Experience working with distributed, cross-functional team is preferred
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typical Range of Experience
5+ years of directly related experience
Experience working with distributed team is preferred
Pay Range: $145,000 - $205,000 annually
This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location.
