Job Summary

Our HRIS team is growing again! If you are a system admin expert in sales performance management applications such as Xactly, Varicent or a similar platform, we want to talk to you! In this role you will lead and participate in the design, implementation and ongoing maintenance of First American’s variable pay application. You will be a member of the HRIS team, partnering closely with colleagues in compensation as well as divisional sales operations teams to roll-out new and/or maintain existing variable pay plans for the company. 

Essential Functions

  • Serve as subject matter expert on the variable pay application including design, configuration, security and administration
  • Facilitate meetings to determine business needs, conduct feasibility study of requirements and develop viable solutions to meet the business’ needs
  • Conduct continuous research of new functionality and features that could be implemented to meet business requirements
  • Act as enterprise-level system admin responsible for activities such as configuration updates, privileged security management, reporting, etc.
  • Provide application support such as incident triage, research application bugs, respond to customer escalations, scenario re-creation and document findings
  • Prepare test scripts; execute, lead and support user testing through rollout of new system functionality
  • Perform post-implementation evaluations in support of continuous process improvement
  • Review system audit reports and perform resolution of complex production issues
  • Manage service requests with vendor to resolve functionality issues
  • Plan and/or monitor all tasks and/or phases involved in successful delivery of application solution

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of HRIS, Sales Operations or related experience
  • Experience in sales performance management systems such as Xactly, Varicent or a similar platform
  • Exposure to Workday preferred
  • Experience in process improvement and ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, including data analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, motivated, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay Range: $78,700-135,000 annually

This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location.
