Configuration Management Role:
The Systems Administrator role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, patching, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The Systems Administrator will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.
*Candidate must live in commutable distance to our headquarters in Santa Ana, CA as they will need to work a hybrid schedule*

Job Description:
- Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency building Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) task sequence workstation images within a large environment.
- Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency packaging and deploying software utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) within a large environment.
- Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency creating reports and configuration baselines utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) within a large environment.
- Working knowledge and technical proficiencies of Window patching\updating utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and performing vulnerability remediation.
- Superior knowledge and demonstrated technical proficiency utilizing PowerShell to perform administration of Windows system environments.
- Working knowledge and technical proficiency managing Microsoft Azure AD, Microsoft Intune admin center, and Microsoft 365 Defender.
- Working knowledge and technical proficiency performing data queries of Microsoft SQL databases and tables.
- Experience automating system builds utilizing infrastructure-as-code principles.
- Experience developing scripts for automation of server\workstation administration and configuration management tasks in PowerShell.
- Excellent troubleshooting of MS Windows operating system and client\server applications. Knowledge of TCP/IP and other protocols including use of troubleshooting tools – PowerShell, Perfmon, ProcMon, Systernals, and packet sniffers (Wireshark/Netmon).
- Administration of the MS Win10 OS and Active Directory Service (AD); Administrative objects, security level delegation, and group policies under Win10/11.
- Ability to provide escalation technical support, training and mentoring to Intermediate Systems Administrators.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 Yrs. experience with the administration of the Windows OS and Active Directory Services (AD), Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Azure AD, and Microsoft Intune admin center.
- Microsoft Certifications Preferred
- Experience with complex network and communications implementations (IP, UDP, TCP. ICMP protocols and routing).
Pay Range: $78,700-$145,200
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
