First American is looking for a fun, energetic, and passionate Technical Product Manager to join our Business Technology Solutions Division at the Corporate campus in Santa Ana, CA. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in the digital transformation of a large enterprise!
Job Summary
You will join a team of Product Managers working on an enterprise API that serves a diverse range of internal customers. You will be responsible for your squad’s strategy and execution including stakeholder communication, objectives, prioritization, and optimization. You’ve got to be a quick study and become an expert on your customer, their industries, and your product domain. Most of all, you’ll be encouraged to learn quickly, make mistakes, develop solutions in a cross-functional team, and make big contributions!

Job Responsibilities
Create and deploy your squad’s strategy, getting buy-in from key stakeholders.
Conduct workshops to build empathy, understand customer needs, and validate hypotheses.
Build strong relationships with our partners.
Convert our Product Vision into tactical plan and execute well.
Drive customer feedback loops throughout the product development process.
Create context with User Story Mapping and User Journey Mapping.
Analyze and understand API usage metrics to identify optimizations.
Write clear, well thought out development stories for an Agile development team.
Provide quality assurance and usability feedback on development builds.
Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.
Desired Experience
4-8 years in Product Management or related role creating valuable new products or features that align with a product/company vision.
