We offer three medical plan options nationwide, including a standard PPO plan and a high-deductible PPO plan with Health Savings Account (HSA). What’s more, First American puts money in your HSA each year you’re enrolled in the plan to help you build your savings to use for qualified health expenses now or for retirement. We also offer regional HMOs in limited areas.
We offer two dental PPO plans that cover preventive care, as well as basic and major services, including orthodontic services in one of the plans. Both plans reward you for getting preventive exams with higher plan maximums that you can use in the following year.
Prescription drug coverage is included with all medical plans. Medications can be filled at participating retail pharmacies or you can save time and money by using mail order services.
Our voluntary vision plan covers routine eye exams, lenses, frames, contacts, and laser vision correction.

We offer Company-paid basic life and business travel accident insurance, as well as voluntary supplemental coverage for employees and their dependents.
