Responsible for the layout, design, and production activities to produce quality graphic-design art and visual materials. Requires knowledge of graphic-design equipment. May contact in-house or outside vendors to verify print specification. Performs complex graphics design duties requiring planning, scheduling, and implementation of graphic design projects related to marketing collateral and packaging. Reviews design drafts, proofs material, and color assignment. Responsible for applying established corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets company guidelines

What You'll Do:
- Develop existing skills by working with experienced graphic design team on a range of projects including print, digital and web design.
- Support team by applying original themes to a variety of collateral as directed by team members.
- Responsible for applying established corporate branding specifications to ensure work meets company guidelines.
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives
What You'll Bring:
- Understand basic principles of design: layout, typography, color theory, balance, hierarchy, scale/proportion, and space
- Strong computer skills: Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated; self-starter
- Preferred but not required knowledge of HTML emails
- Preferred but not required knowledge of video animation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years related experience in graphic design
Pay Range: $19.65 - $26.92 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
