We are looking to add a revenue-driven Escrow Officer to our growing team. We are seeking a proven revenue producer with an established book of business and strong industry relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage existing client partnerships to drive immediate impact while expanding market share and delivering sustained revenue growthWhat You’ll Do
Manage residential real estate escrow transactions from open to close by determining requirements and ensuring timely execution
Serve as a neutral liaison between all parties, ensuring compliance with company policies and mitigating operational risk
Ensure all funds are properly accounted for and disbursed in accordance with contractual terms and company guidelines
Examine property titles, mortgages, and trust deed documents for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and review legal and closing documents necessary to finalize transactions
Record and file documents, prepare final closing statements, and distribute executed materials
Provide proactive communication and regular status updates to clients and transaction partners
What You’ll Bring
An established, transferable book of business within the relevant market segment
Demonstrated success generating, retaining, and growing client revenue
Strong network of industry relationships and referral sources
Proven track record of business development and portfolio expansion
Ability to successfully transition and expand existing client relationships
2–4+ years of escrow-related experience
Direct experience handling escrow transactions (Escrow Assistant background preferred)
Strong knowledge of escrow processes, title review, and closing procedures
High attention to detail with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
Professional, client-focused communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfort adapting to new technology, proprietary systems, and evolving workflows
Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support developing talent
Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Valid state licensing/certification as required
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation
This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or production-based incentives. The posted hiring range represents a reasonable estimate of base compensation at the time of posting. Final compensation is determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, and geographic location.
