We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial real estate environment. This individual will manage all steps of the closing process, from order tracking through the closing process for transactions across the country. A strong customer service acumen, attention to detail and a commitment to teamwork are key to this role. The ideal candidate would be a real estate paralegal or experienced title industry professional. **This is a hybrid role with a 3-day in office minimum requirement**Essential Functions
- Prepare, review and revise title commitments and title policies
- Review title search documents such as deeds, mortgages, assignments and reconveyances, subdivision maps, assessor parcel maps, and legal descriptions
- Review Buyer, Seller and Lender transaction documents in preparation for closings
- Collate, scan and e-file and/or distribute closing documents
- Gather and enter title fees for settlement statement preparation, working in conjunction with the escrow team
- Communicate professionally and timely to all client and internal communications
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with all MS Office products and Adobe
- Ability to quickly learn Company operating systems and a general familiarity with basic IT functions
Typical Education
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Paralegal Certificate or College degree preferred
- Typical Range of Experience
- Real estate Paralegal experience preferred
- Law firm or title industry experience preferred
- 3 to 5 years of real estate experience preferred
Pay Range: $21.62-$28.83 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
