What We Do

Plans and executes strategic activities and projects that directly support the implementation and optimization of efforts to grow segment-specific sales/revenue/profit/market share.

What You'll Do

  • Primary responsibilities include the research and analysis of business opportunities, consistent with the organization's long range and strategic plans. Evaluates projects through financial feasibility studies, market research, and planning. May assist with special studies in areas such as operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, cost containment, etc.
  • Serves as the primary interface to the Client in building and maintaining the ongoing business relationship, during and after the initial implementation of Client set-up, with regard to operational needs, communication, Client service and performance.
  • Anticipates and identifies new business opportunities and works with management, sales and operations personnel to prioritize those opportunities and Client needs and integrates them into account planning.
  • Knows all pertinent business requirements (procedures, schedules, business identifiers, output media, systems or database formats and relevant scheduling dates).
  • Monitors local business climate activities and proposed business changes/activities which will directly impact company’s business opportunities and/or relations.


What You'll Bring

  • Must possess thorough knowledge of company’s business unit being represented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage priorities as well as effective time management.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of Clients or employees of organization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Client service skills
  • Self-disciplined
  • Good judgment
  • Solid understanding of company requirements


Typical Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master Degree preferred


Typical Range of Experience

  • Generally requires 10+ years relevant experience.
  • Business management experience preferred.


License or Certification

  • May require a valid driver’s license

Based on eligibility, First American offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO/paid sick leave and other great benefits like an employee stock purchase plan.

Pay Range: $148,600.00 - $198,200.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
