In this role you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, leading our Escrow team while overseeing branch operations, driving market share growth, and ensuring alignment with branch goals. This position plays a key role in the branch’s success and strengthening the First American brand. This position will be located in Pinellas County and some travel between branches will be required.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead your team in a strategic direction that includes revenue growth and customer service excellence within your market
  • Manage funds and processes for real estate transactions
  • Provide superior communication to your team, upper management and customers
  • Set clear expectations for escrow team regarding file processing and closing procedures, that align branch goals with division goals
  • Collaborate with sales team to implement effective strategies to maintain and grow customer relationships and increase market share
  • Recruit, manage and mentor a team of escrow officers, assistants and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Manage your own portfolio of clients while supporting your team

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of directly related escrow officer experience
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role
  • Focus on achieving results through effective time management skills, team collaboration, and delegation
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong drive for success
  • Demonstrate strong leadership by leading through example, encouraging employee engagement through actions, and empowering team members to achieve their full potential through mentorship and guidance
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey expectations to your team
  • Emphasis on customer service with all parties involved while clearly communicating milestones on their transactions.
  • Ability to address complaints and resolve problems
  • Foster teamwork by contributing to a positive team spirit, demonstrating objectivity, embracing diverse perspectives, and exemplifying our core values in every interaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent
