What We Do

Branch Manager – Escrow Operations | Cody, Wyoming We are seeking an experienced and service-driven Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our Cody, Wyoming office. This role is ideal for a hands-on escrow professional who enjoys leading a team, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant real estate transactions. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned branch or satellite office where escrow transactions are conducted. In this role, you will act as a trusted neutral third party between buyers and sellers, managing funds, coordinating documentation, and supporting the successful completion of real estate transactions. This position provides leadership and guidance to branch staff, ensuring employees are properly trained, follow established procedures, and deliver a high level of customer service. The Branch Manager will monitor workflow, prepare reports, review current practices, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall branch performance. This is a working leadership role and will regularly perform duties of a production escrow position while also managing branch operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong escrow knowledge, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Cody branch and/or satellite office.

  • Manage escrow transactions as a neutral third party between buyers and sellers.

  • Lead, coach, and train branch staff to ensure compliance with established practices and procedures.

  • Monitor employee performance, workflow, customer service, and operational efficiency.

  • Prepare branch reports and conduct reviews or audits of current procedures.

  • Implement processes, policies, and best practices to support consistent branch operations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, real estate professionals, lenders, and internal partners.

  • Regularly perform production escrow duties while supporting branch leadership responsibilities.

  • Apply expertise or specialized knowledge in one or more escrow product areas.

The ideal candidate is a proven escrow professional with strong leadership skills, operational discipline, and a passion for serving the local real estate community. This person is comfortable balancing production responsibilities with branch oversight and is committed to creating a positive, accountable, and high-performing team environment.

Typical Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Typical Range of Experience

  • 6+ years of directly related experience

  • 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role

Pay Range: $69,600.00 - $92,700.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
