Join First American in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, where we believe our greatest asset is our people. We are looking to add a Senior Escrow Assistant / Floater to support multiple branches and teams across the region. In this role, you’ll operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing high-level administrative and operational support to Escrow Officers while stepping in where needed to ensure continuity of service and seamless transactions. This position plays a critical role in maintaining workflow efficiency, supporting complex transactions, and helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. We’re seeking a seasoned professional with strong escrow experience, adaptability, and the ability to quickly integrate into different teams—someone who is resourceful, dependable, and committed to excellence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide advanced support in the escrow process, including opening orders, reviewing files, preparing closing documents, and assisting with disbursements and post-closing follow-up

  • Float between branches and teams across the DFW Metro to provide coverage, maintain productivity, and support business needs

  • Interpret purchase agreements, lender instructions, and other transactional documents to ensure accurate and compliant closings

  • Communicate proactively with customers, agents, lenders, and internal stakeholders throughout the escrow lifecycle

  • Assist with troubleshooting complex or time-sensitive files and resolving issues efficiently

  • Leverage multiple technologies and platforms to facilitate smooth escrow transactions and enhance the customer experience

  • Support Escrow Officers with high-volume pipelines and help ensure deadlines are consistently met

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong escrow knowledge with 3–5+ years of escrow or title experience preferred

  • Proven ability to adapt quickly in new environments and support multiple teams as a floater

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset

  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Problem-solving mindset with sound judgment and a proactive approach

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies

  • Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative team-oriented attitude

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay Range: $21.24 - $28.31 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
