What We Do

Responsible for selling products and services from within the workplace, typically in a call center or branch office

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting to real estate agents and converting them into new clients.  This position requires someone who is highly motivated, humble, team-oriented, creative, and possesses outstanding communication skills.

Essential Functions

  • Systematically prospect to real estate agents via calls, texts, and email
  • Track all activity in ZOHO CRM  
  • Validate data using internal/external databases and websites
  • Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and reporting to management
  • Find sources of outside data for various target markets as needed

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs work flows and procedures.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.

Typical Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent.


Typical Range of Experience

  • 2+ years sales experience

Pay Range: $17.25 - $23.00 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
