What We Do

As an Escrow Acquisition and Service Release Supervisor, you will be responsible for the processing activities related to escrow account management, including payment processing, vendor management, insurance claims, and interest on escrow. The individual will be expected to contribute to strategies and planning related to establishing scalable Escrow capabilities and improving the effectiveness of the department functions. The Escrow Transfer Coordinator III will report to the VP, Escrow for day-to-day management and administration.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Activities associated with the onboarding and acquisition of new loans:
    • Validation of prior servicer’s checklist(s), including reviewing critically and monitoring those responses are received.
    • Tracking of process changes, if necessary, to accommodate special requirements
    • Review and validation of the loan data prior to acquisition
    • Coordination with internal team members to allow all illogical or invalid data to be identified
    • Communication of illogical or incorrect data identified with the client and/or prior servicer, including tracking and monitoring to ensure that all data is corrected.
    • New client implementation activities, including coordinating deliverables with vendors and testing to ensure that any new programming is working as designed.
  • Activities associated with the outgoing servicing transfer of existing loans:
    • Data review and corrections as identified internally or by the new servicer
    • Ensure that all appropriate milestones are met to allow a successful transfer
  • Customer research requests and correspondence
  • Adherence to regulatory and legal requirements, including investor and state guidelines
  • Processing and monitoring of department reporting requirements and workflow, ensuring that the reports and workflow are created and completed accurate and timely

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in a mortgage environment, preferably Escrow Administration or Servicing Transfers
  • Established Leadership Skills – ability to contribute to the department in line with the company’s vision and core values, driving frequent and continual organizational change and improvement
  • Results Oriented – track record of delivering quantifiable results to the organization (i.e. analyze opportunities/risks, develop and execute related action plans and deliver results), highly organized and disciplined.
  • Understands the basics of business and possible implications of decisions.
  • Vendor Management Skills – proven ability to navigate vendor/service provider relationships, including service delivery/productivity/quality standards development and ongoing monitoring.
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally with key stakeholders, including the ability to be objective and open to the views of others
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience in BKFS/LPS/MSP is preferred

Pay Range: $64,300.00 - $85,700.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
