Enable your creative and collaborative skills in working with others to help your sales team deliver an exceptional client experience. Join our First American sales team, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add a Sales Support Coordinator to our growing team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to assist in the success of our sales team, support client relationships and contribute to our overall business. We are seeking an individual with excellent time management, organization and attention to detail who will provide a wide range of cross functional support to our sales team.What You’ll Do
- Provide a wide variety of administrative support to our sales team and may assist in servicing their accounts
- Coordinate the workflow of marketing-related requests
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures
- Assists in social media marketing
- Prepare reports on market conditions, sales results, forecasts, and industry trends to support the activities of the sales team
- Maintain sales database systems such as GAB and Salesforce to ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, accounts, and customer records across all applicable systems
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of sales/admin-related experience preferred
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in the sales field
- Familiarity with sales database systems or software such as Salesforce
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Customer service oriented; passion for delivering beyond expectations
- Established and values effective team relationships
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess valid driver’s license
Salary Range: $21.62 - $28.83 hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
