What We Do

Found typically in centralized processing (rather than an individual branch setting). Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of escrows, relieving branches of high volume paperwork. Communicates information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers. • Intermediate levels require a solid understanding of functional tasks • Assistance may be required from more experienced team members will vary depending on task complexity • Work may be reviewed for new or more complex tasks • Provide a wide range of support within a functional area • Follow functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations

Essential Functions

• Work is very similar to work performed by associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge
• May work on escrow openings and closings

• Works on problems of moderately complex scope where action requires a review of a variety of factors
• Researches and obtains information for a wide range of complex data
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
• Follows department processes and procedures and may make recommendation to these processes
• Works under general supervision, acting on own initiative
• Uses expertise of more experienced level team members and leverages additional resources to confirm solutions

• Must be able to follow Escrow Procedures and have awareness of regulations governing escrow process

Typical Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years escrow processing experience

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
