What We Do

Provides a wide range of support to escrow and title related to special projects, title agency tasks and underwriting support. Responsible for handling irregular, real estate project closings and tracking the specific stages of one or more projects on an ongoing and regular basis. Prepares and maintains project documentation. Creates and monitors project plans and performs, implements and organizes project activities to ensure timely completion of projects. At the Senior level, project and tasks are more complex.

What You'll Do:

  • Facilitates and coordinates intricate, non-customary real estate closings (small acquisitions, inventory transition, terminations and the like).
  • Assists agents with title, bond, audit and agency support matters.
  • Performs and oversees small projects or phases of a medium project.
  • Coordinates activities of projects, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
  • Responsible for meeting project objectives to support business needs, to effectively coordinate the activities among cross functional teams.
  • May facilitates status and milestone meetings with cross functional groups.
  • Prepares documentation related to projects and tasks which may include training/process materials.
  • May be required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs.

Job Complexities

  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors related to the real estate industry.
  • Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action in regards to escrow regulations and title and underwriting standards.
  • Detects situations that may cause risk to the project and its completion and escalates these issues to other team members
  • Supervision Received or Extended
  • No responsibility for supervision of others
  • Works under general direction
  • Uses expertise of more senior level team members and leverages additional resources to confirm solution or explore customized applications as a solution
  • Provides input to and achieves set objectives

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus both on long-range projects and immediate tasks
  • Generally requires BS Degree in a business field or equivalent work experience
  • Typically have 2- 4 years of directly related experience in the escrow closing, title and title agency administrative areas
  • License or Certification

Pay Range: $57,000 - $76,000 Annual

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
