Come join First American, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add a Production Coordinator to our growing team. In this role you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Production team to ensure deals are assigned and handed in a timely manner. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.What You’ll Do
- Provides a wide range of support to the Production team.
- May assist with final policy preparation, policy review, and policy-related processes.
- May provide recording support, including e-recording, recording follow up, and backup coverage for recording functions.
- Assists new and existing customers with questions and concerns relative to Watermark Title's products and services.
- May assist in preparing monthly production reports for the team.
- Follows processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.
What You’ll Bring

High School diploma or equivalent
