What We Do

Enable you to dive into your love of history and research to help us provide important data to our teams and customers in the residential real estate space. We set the standard for excellence in this industry with its state-of-the-art technology and best in class escrow and underwriting teams. We are looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations and legal documents. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.   This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days in office at 11100 Wayzata Boulevard, Suite 150, Minnetonka, MN

What You’ll Do:

Gathers information to create electronic closing files

Searches and interprets real estate documents 

Reviews documents for accuracy

Prepares final policies for customers as needed

Communicates professionally with all customers

Excellent verbal and written communication with both our internal team and external customers 

Problem solver with strong organizational skills, is detail oriented, with an eagerness to learn 

Natural curiosity, enjoys researching the history and background of transactions

Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations 

Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies 

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of title related experience preferred 

Pay Range: $19.82 - $26.43 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
