The Post Closing Specialist provides administrative support associated with preparing loan packages for transfer to the purchasing financial institution. Post close packages include auditing documents, depositing funds, recording transactions and reconciling files. Provides timely delivery of closing and collateral documents. This is an entry level job that performs more administrative task.What You’ll Do
- Perform post-closing review of closed loan packages to determine completeness, accuracy and compliance with recording guidelines and submit electronically or via mail to jurisdictions nationwide
- Make appropriate and timely payments for recording and transfer/mortgage tax
- Disburse/Fee Transfer funds related to recordings, including refunds for recording overages
- Track closed files and documents submitted for recording, update company operating system
- Scan and index closing documents within loan operating system.
- Review, log and mail final trailing documents.
- Communicate with internal and external parties related to the transaction to request information needed to facilitate timely submission of the documents

Pay Range: $21.62 - $28.83 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
