What We Do

The Post Closing Specialist job family provides administrative support associated with preparing loan packages for transfer to the purchasing financial institution. Post close packages include auditing documents, depositing funds, recording transactions and reconciling files. Provides timely delivery of closing and collateral documents. This job is the entry level job that performs more administrative task. This job is in office/hyrbrid/remote flex

How You'll Contribute

  • Perform post-closing review of closed loan packages to determine completeness, accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Track all closed loan files; update company operating system.
  • Scan and index closing documents within loan operating system.
  • Review, log and mail final trailing documents.
  • Answer phones, greet customers, place calls and request information needed for escrow closings.

What You'll Bring

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Entry-level position; experience interacting with the general public or office environment preferred.

Pay Range: $18.20 - 24.95 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
