Responsible for the oversight of service delivery and compliance from a variety of vendors. Manage contract life cycle, create profiles, gather documentation, update vendor license information and communicate with vendor as necessary. Assess vendor performance according to Company’s quality standards and policies, industry compliance, regulatory requirements, and adherence to applicable state and federal law requirements. Conducts audits to measure user user satisfaction, vendor delivery, and compliance. Provide feedback/reporting to management. May include generating leads and recruiting new vendors.Essential Functions
- Act as a contact and resource for vendors, business channels, and internal stakeholders as assigned
- Manage the compliance process and requirements documentation for all vendors
- Monitor and ensure compliance and adherence to Company policies and procedures. Assess vendor performance to ensure industry compliance, regulatory requirements and applicable state and federal law requirements are maintained. Confirm vendor compliance with all state regulations
- Provide feedback/reporting of vendor findings to management.
- Oversee standard vendor onboarding process. Process vendor applications and contracts. Create and maintain vendor profiles in the Vendor Panel.
- Manage contract life cycle of multiple vendor types
- Analyze weekly reporting tools to identify trends and coaching opportunities. Counsel vendors who are not performing to Company standards.
- Maintain enterprise vendor inventory
- Maintain document repository
- Maintain vendor management program policies and procedures

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Customer service skills as demonstrated by the ability to effectively partner with vendors and customers.
- Residential and commercial title experience; including title examination
- Negotiation skills; Able to manage a cutomer’s needs when negotiating with vendors.
- Knowledge of products, state regulations and guidelines
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions within defined procedures
- Must be able to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks
- PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, and Visio
Typical Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Typical Range of Experience
- 2-5 years related title experience
License or Certification
Pay Range: $20.72 - $27.62
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
