Responsible for leading the strategic direction, operations, and revenue generation for assigned office(s) of the National Commercial Services Division. Implements operational efficiency improvements, which may include driving organizational and technological change management, expense management and customer satisfaction best practices. Partners with regional sales leadership to optimize revenue generation and growth opportunities. Manages and develops all area title, escrow, and support staff to ensure performance meets divisional goals, including strategic planning, business development, and meeting budgeted targets by delivering superior financial results.HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
- Support and champion the adoption of new business technologies that serve as a market differentiator and a strategy for maximizing productivity and business performance.
- Define strategy for business development in coordination with regional sales management for their assigned office(s) in order to drive revenue growth.
- Develops team members, which may or may not include subordinate managers, to build a solid succession plan for all key roles while supporting a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, growth, and operational excellence.
- Effective utilization of financial management skills to successfully analyze and manage a P&L.
- Develop and direct the implementation of policies and procedures that comply with regulatory and statutory guidelines, rules, and standards.
- Develops an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, including the recruitment and retention of strategic talent.
- Interacts with external stakeholders enhance and expand the customer experience.
- Collaborates with peers across the division, group and enterprise to develop creative business solutions and partners with leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans.
- Utilization of metrics/dashboards and available shared services that drive an environment and culture of continuous improvement.
- Utilizes problem-solving, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and team building skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Establishes an organizational structure that will create a culture of continuous development for all employees as well as operational efficiencies to drive business results.
- This position requires the ability to physically work in the assigned office(s) a minimum of three days per week.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- JD degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience in the title, settlement service industry preferred with 5+ years management experience of a large and complex group.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Demonstrated competency in creating and executing on strategic plans.
- Proven track record of leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and driving organizational change.
- Demonstrated success with meeting the needs of a wide range of employees while driving team performance, monitoring results and appropriately allocating resources.
- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization to the successful execution of multiple complex projects.
- Strong experience and knowledge of functional tools and infrastructure
- Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
- Possesses strong problem solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
- Results oriented with strong time management and project management skills, and must be highly organized and driven to succeed.
- Strong leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
Pay Range: $131,800-$175,750 annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
