What We Do

Escrow Officer Location: Inland Empire, CA — Ontario or Riverside We are seeking an Escrow Officer to support real estate escrow transactions in the Inland Empire. This role is responsible for handling real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Manage escrow transactions from start to finish.

  • Review buyer, seller, and lender instructions to determine closing requirements.

  • Order title reports and help resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances.

  • Prepare, review, and process closing documents and settlement statements.

  • Calculate prorations, balance escrow accounts, disburse funds, and complete closings.

  • Communicate with transaction parties and explain documents, provisions, and procedures as needed.

  • Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation procedures.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 2–4 years of related escrow/title experience.

  • Experience directly handling escrow transactions preferred.

  • Valid licensing/certification as required by applicable state.

  • Knowledge of escrow/title industry practices and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong client relations, communication, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage confidential information and work with buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, lenders, and internal partners.

This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.

    Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.83 Hourly
