Skilled Escrow Officer | Prescott, AZ Are you a seasoned Escrow Officer who knows how to keep deals moving, solve problems fast, and deliver a flawless closing experience? First American is expanding in Prescott, AZ, and we’re looking for experienced escrow professionals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values expertise, precision, and customer impact. This role is in Prescott, Arizona!

What You’ll Do

• Manage complex escrow transactions end-to-end

• Act as the go-to expert for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders

• Ensure every detail is handled with accuracy and compliance

• Navigate challenges and keep closings on track

• Deliver a seamless, professional experience every time

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of hands-on escrow experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple transactions independently

• Strong knowledge of title, closing, and escrow processes

• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly

• Detail-driven, organized, and solutions-oriented

• Arizona licensing (as required)

Pay Range: $24.42 - $32.56 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
