- Build and lead a team of professional salespeople to the top ranks of the sales organization!
- Hire, develop and retain amazing salespeople
- Coach for exceptional sales performance
- Prioritize integrity, customer experience, agent experience and results
- Manage to the analytics, marketing and technology strategies of the organization
- Exceed established sales and commission goals
What You'll Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have previous experience as a Sales Supervisor in a call center environment
- Ability to effectively manage a remote team
- A strong history of award-winning sales leadership success is a big plus
- Proficiency in the analysis of performance metric with an ability to utilize that data to drive sales performance
- You take pride in getting to know people and motivating them to succeed
- You understand team dynamics and deliver a strategy that achieves results
- You’re a creative problem solver who wants to improve our environment
- You love running your sales team like your own business
Salary Range:
$57,000 - $94,975
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
