The Marketing Specialist role primarily focuses on marketing project management, collaborating with various marketing team members to support a variety of marketing initiatives. This includes managing email campaigns, SMS campaigns, website content updates, SEO content development, and other marketing efforts. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and align with business objectives. In addition, this role is part of the broader Marketing Specialist family, which covers various marketing disciplines, including but not limited to: • Direct Marketing/Advertising/Promotional: Delivering targeted marketing messages through direct channels, including email, SMS, and print • Product/Brand Marketing: Developing and executing marketing strategies to bring new products or services to market • Content Marketing: Creating valuable and engaging content to support brand positioning and customer education • Social Media Marketing: Enhancing brand awareness and engagement through social media channels • Database Marketing: Leveraging consumer data to craft personalized and segmented marketing messages • Marketing Research & Analysis: Utilizing research and analytics to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.What You'll Do
- Project manage various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as content creators, designers, and digital marketers to support email campaigns, SMS marketing, website content updates, and SEO efforts.
- Assist in campaign execution, including audience targeting, messaging coordination, and performance tracking.
- Analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials and channels.
- Identify process improvements to enhance marketing operations and project efficiency.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives using Smartsheet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing tools such as email marketing platforms and website content management systems.
Salary Range
$62,700 - $83,575
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, experience, business requirements and geographic location
