What We Do

First American Home Warranty is seeking a results-driven SEO practitioner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that boost our organic visibility, grow website traffic, and improve content performance. You'll play a key role in shaping our search presence through technical SEO, content optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO, advanced keyword research, link building, and web analytics and knows how to turn strategy into impact

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor site performance, traffic, and keyword rankings to evaluate SEO effectiveness and inform optimization efforts.
  • Conduct keyword research to uncover growth opportunities and partner with the content team to create and optimize high-quality, search-friendly content.
  • Identify and address technical SEO issues, collaborating with internal and external web development teams to enhance site health and performance.
  • Perform regular SEO audits and competitive analyses to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Report on key SEO metrics including traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an SEO-focused role with a demonstrated track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
  • Experience with Crownpeak CMS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams including content, marketing, and development.

Salary Range

$99,675 - $132,875

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
