  • Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement UX and functionality improvements based on test insights.
  • Partner with Analytics to define KPIs, build a measurement framework, forecast performance, and evaluate test results.
  • Monitor site performance and user behavior to generate data-backed hypotheses and uncover optimization opportunities across the customer journey.
  • Help build and scale web optimization and experimentation processes that enhance team efficiency and execution.

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Optimizely (A/B testing), Google Analytics, Hotjar, and business intelligence platforms like Fabric.
  • Strong background in hypothesis-driven experimentation and experience running tests at scale.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies including UX best practices, SEO, domain management, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey strategies and insights across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work and results from testing/experimentation.
