The Title Coordinator works with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process. Monitors and tracks the workflow from searcher and contractors. Coordinates multi-site project intake and transaction management. Reviews and validates the accuracy of data contained within mortgage loan files. Verifies file completeness, obtains outstanding title documents, and approves completed files. Performs special projects. Assists with title production support services and settlement services preparation.What You'll Do
Demonstrate knowledge of property title searches, related documents, and common title issues and complexities
Respond to customer requests via email and telephone while managing incoming correspondence in a timely manner
Manage assigned pipeline orders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with service level expectations
Update and maintain pipeline information within company and/or client operating systems
Build and maintain effective working relationships with vendors
Monitor workflows and resolves issues to keep processes on track
Escalate complex title issues to supervisory staff as appropriate
Work under close supervision while applying established procedures, techniques, and company standards
What You'll Bring
Clear title knowledge as it relates to commercial property title searches, documents, issues, and complexities
Proficient MS Office skill set
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
Strong attention to detail
Problem solving, organizational skills
Exercises good judgment
Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience in escrow/title or curative lender role
