Enable you to apply your administrative, support, and interpersonal skills to your team and our customers as we lead the industry in transforming how residential real estate transactions are completed. First American is looking to add a DRE Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our DRE Professional team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.

What You'll Do:

  • Provides clerical support to a team of DRE Professionals.
  • Assists in setting up and maintaining project files.
  • Follows functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
  • Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • May be familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Establishes effective working relationships at the work group level
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $19.82 - $26.43 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
