What We Do

The Senior Relationship Manager will engage in the administration of personal trust accounts and agency investment accounts with a specialization emphasis on managing and overseeing the retirement plan accounts of our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and providing exceptional customer service.    

Responsibilities include:

  • Administer and manage qualified and non-qualified retirement plans and IRA accounts providing oversight to all administration regarding IRA rules and guidelines.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to retirement plan services.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients in understanding and optimizing their retirement plan options.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance client experiences, and address any issues promptly.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and addressing their financial concerns with professionalism and expertise.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with other internal fiduciary management teams to ensure all documentation and processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Monitors account activity ensuring compliance with established company policies and procedures, rules and regulations, including completion of annual Reg. 9 reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent education and experience with relevant certifications specific to retirement plan services, are preferred.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in fiduciary industry with a focus on administering retirement plan services.
  • In-depth knowledge of retirement plan regulations, including ERISA and IRS guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and address complex financial scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams and familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Willing to learn how to efficiently use unfamiliar databases, willing to assist and constructively instruct direct reports and a team-player with employees in other departments; good with meeting deadlines and easily adapts to ever-altering priorities.

Pay Range: $88,000-$154,000

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
