What We Do

Routinely interface with customers, banks and service providers, coordinating the flow of work through various phases and tasks according to pre-established procedures and schedules. Define problems, collect necessary data and establish facts and to take or recommend action based upon applicable established guidelines. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments according to production schedule. 

• Interface with banks to send/receive account information.
• Integrate Trust Accounting data with multiple interfaces.
• Post/process Trust Accounting data and prepare reports for customers.
• Assist other departments as required.
• Monitor production processes and systems.
• Troubleshoot various processes and systems.

Skills

Data Control/Production Control Experience, Microsoft Windows Experience, Microsoft Word/Excel, Internet Applications, FTP Software, good communication skills, good organizational skills.

The pay range for this role is $19.82 p/hr. - $26.43p/hr.

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
