We are looking for a Production Support Business System Analyst well-versed in Incident Management, Problem Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management areas of ITSM. This person will be a strategic partner, acting as liaison between the user community and the technical applications development staff (may include offshore staff) for the First American Mortgage Solutions group. They will also resolve system problems to ensure customer processes run smoothly and document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc. *Remote candidates welcomeWhat You’ll Do:
- Working to resolve problems and incidents to enable the operation to continue to run and deliver service effectively by eradicating recurrences with the minimum disruption to the business
- Develop and maintain system support documentation and processes
- Analyze SQL to identify logic errors and potential optimizations
- Analyze and troubleshoot the workflows in BPM tool
- Develop and execute queries against large datasets to support impact analysis, data reconciliation, and results validation
- Work with both Technical and Business stakeholders to resolve the issues.
- Participate in DR exercises
What You’ll Bring:
- Working experience with any Business Process Management (BPM) tool such as Appian, Camunda etc...
- Strong understanding of Data Analysis and/or relational databases.
- Working experience in writing SQL queries.
- Good written and oral communication skills to define parameters to meet business requirements.
- Creates documentation of business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures.
- Understands system integrations and supporting technologies.
- Standard Microsoft Office skill set.
- Knowledge of real estate / mortgage business environment/operation is a plus.
Pay Range: $72,125 - $96,125 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
