The Opportunity

First American Exchange is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Content Specialist to help lead our content strategy and execution. As digital transformation has elevated the role of content in driving excellent customer experiences, the opportunity here is to leverage this evolution and influence; to help grow our market share to the number one qualified intermediary in the industry, led by our digital products.

You will help lead the content experience for a new customer application that is often a client’s first exposure to the industry and our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and a proven track record in content creation, content system management, SEO and analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all content initiatives, ensuring alignment with our brand goals, and driving engagement across various platforms.

Success will be measured by clearly defined metrics including customer visits and engagement, conversions, SEO performance, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with understanding the types of metrics content can impact and how to use the data to improve performance.
  • Leverage market research, analytics, industry trends, SEO strategies and customer insights to help create content that supports revenue growth.
  • Analyze content performance and participate in the development of A/B testing strategies to ensure that content delivers real business impact.
  • Support launch of content strategy for new website in 2025 to help adhere to new brand voice.
  • Assist in scaling the content library to empower marketing to move faster to get results.
  • Support efforts to build a content roadmap, to support strategic planning and cross-selling.
  • Work with the user experience team to provide direction & consistency with marketing assets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and engaging.
  • Act as a marketing/project manager, thinking about how all initiatives work together

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in managing content across various digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tactics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated; self-starter

Typical Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typical Range of Experience

• 4-7 years of experience

The pay range for this role is $83,600.00 - $104,500.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
