What We Do

**Remote Work Welcome** The DR Analyst supports the development, implementation, and ongoing management of disaster recovery (DR) strategies to ensure continuity of IT services supporting critical business value streams. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in cloud infrastructure, risk management, and disaster recovery practices within a regulated environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support development and execution of the enterprise Disaster Recovery (DR) program aligned with Business Continuity and critical value streams.
• Conduct risk assessments toidentifyresilience gaps across systems, applications, and processes; drive remediation planning and progress tracking.
• Define andvalidateRTOs/RPOs in partnership with Infrastructure and Platform teams.
• Coordinate DR testing activities, including BIA, dependency mapping, and gap remediation.
• Maintaindocumentationrepositories related to disaster recovery plans, procedures, standards, and lifecycle activities.
• Track and report DR KPIs/KRIs; support continuous improvement initiatives based on testing and assessment results.
• Partner with Information Security, Compliance, Governance, and Audit teams to ensure regulatory alignment (e.g., FFIEC, DORA).
• Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business Continuity) to ensure DR strategies meet business and technical requirements.
• Research industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance DR and resilience capabilities.

Pay Range: $73,900.00 - $98,500.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
