What We Do

We’re looking for a passionate QA test engineer who has recent experience working with front-end technologies. In this position, you will primarily be responsible for testing and developing quality assurance processes and procedures that will ensure that design requirements are satisfied, the solution operates as expected, and the needs of stakeholders are met. You should be detail oriented and have excellent oral and written skills to clearly communicate issues with our development and product teams. You will be part of a team that works to ensure our products, applications and systems perform as expected.

Responsibilities:

·Analyze user stories, use cases and requirements for clarity and validity.

·Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams.

·Develop quality assurance procedures designed to test programs per corporate and client requirements.

·Perform detailed functional, regression and performance testing.

·Utilize systems analysis techniques and quality assurance procedures, test new or modified software programs and software development procedures.

·Collect data and use quantitative or statistical analysis techniques and reporting methodologies to interpret. results and assess underlying factors for reconciling variations.

·Communicate test findings and feedback to appropriate parties to ensure programs function according to use requirements and established guidelines.

·Construct and maintain tools utilized in quality assurance procedures such as automated test scripts, test servers, and associated databases to allow for observation and management of data relationships in a Windows environment.

·Participate in quality assurance testing by documenting and maintaining test procedures.

·Collaborate with team members to update processes and standards that adhere to industry best practices.

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology.

·3+ years of experience with quality assurance in a technology environment or advanced experience as a user with the enterprise system.

·Experience with SQL.

·Microsoft Visual Studio/Test Manager or comparable Automated Testing tools.

·Microsoft Office Professional Edition.

·Ability to utilize excellent time management skills and work in a fast-paced team environment.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

·Attention to detail, especially in documenting and troubleshooting errors.

·Analytical thinker and problem solver.

·Experience working in a Continuous Integration environment.

·Experience with tooling: Git, Fiddler, Chrome Developer Tools, etc.

·Experience in browser testing with Selenium WebDriver or similar products.

·Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once.

·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Automated testing tools.

·Programming Languages – C# a plus

The pay range for this role is $72,125.00 - $96,125.00

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
