As part of our Performance Marketing Center of Excellence (CoE), the Marketing Analytics Specialist transforms raw marketing data into actionable insights that guide decision-making and demonstrate ROI. You will build dashboards, validate data accuracy, and deliver reporting that connects marketing investment to measurable business outcomes. This role requires a detail-oriented analyst with strong technical skills and the ability to synthesize complex performance data into executive-ready stories. You will play a key role in shaping strategic decisions by delivering insights that influence senior leadership and guide enterprise-wide marketing investmentsWHAT YOU'LL DO
Dashboard Development & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards for campaign, channel, and ROI performance.
- Deliver reporting that is timely, accurate, and actionable for both operational and executive use.
Data Accuracy & Validation
- Validate marketing data for accuracy, eliminating duplicates and errors.
- Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure attribution integrity and consistent tracking.
Campaign & ROI Insights
- Deliver campaign performance readouts in clear, digestible formats.
- Translate data into insights and stories that influence leadership decisions and drive enterprise-level optimization.
Experiment Analysis
- Partner with channel managers to design experiments and define success metrics.
- Analyze and report on validated tests, highlighting learnings and implications for future campaigns.
Tools & Technology
Fluency with analytics and BI platforms, including:
- 3–5 years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting.
- Proven experience building dashboards and campaign reporting frameworks.
- Strong data validation and QA skills, with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling and test/learn frameworks.
- Collaborative mindset, with experience working across Ops, Paid Media, and Demand Gen teams.

Salary Range: $62,700.00 - $83,600.00
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
