Role Overview
We are seeking a People Analytics Intern to support analytics initiatives across theHRfunction.This role is designed for a student with strong quantitative foundations whoisinterested in applying statistical,data science, and emerging AIconcepts to real organizationalchallengesandcontributing meaningful insights.
The intern will workcloselywith the People Analyticsteamon projects thatmay influenceworkforce planning, talent strategy, recruiting effectiveness, retention insights, and organizational decision-making. This is a hands-on role with defined deliverables andexposure tofoundational reporting, emergingpredictive analytics work, and practical applications of AI in workforce analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Clean, structure, and analyzepeopleand workforce datafromHR systems
Assistin exploring AI-enabled approaches to automate analysis, enhance reporting, or generate insights responsibly
Buildclear, effective data visualizations inPowerBI, Excel, Workday,orother tools
Write scripts in Python, R, or SQL toprepare and analyze data sets
Perform exploratory data analysis toidentifytrends, patterns, and insights
Support statistical analyses (e.g., regression, correlation, hypothesis testing)
Translate findings into clear summaries for HR and business leaders
Contribute to documentation of methodologies, data definitions, and analytical outputs
Present project outcomes and recommendations at the end of the internship

Skills &Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics,Industrial/Organizational Psychology, HR Analytics,Computer Science, or a related field
Working knowledge ofat least one programming languagesuch asPython, R, or SQL
Strong Excel skillsand ability to work with structured datasets
Foundational understanding of statistical modeling conceptsand interest in AIas applied to analytics
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely
Experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI
