As a Sales & Marketing Analytics Engineer, you'll be more than a technological leader; you'll be a steward of a legacy that stretches back to 1889. As our Sales & Marketing Analytics Engineer, you won't just be implementing technology; you'll be helping to define the culture of a sales and marketing organization undergoing transformative change. You will help operationalize customer data, create visualizations, drive analytics and insights, and make recommendations that serve as the backbone of our quest for unity—fostering communication, enabling transparency, driving alignment, and ensuring accountability across the board. Your blueprint will craft an end-to-end sales and marketing process that nurtures desired behaviors and delivers tangible results. Your insights will build trust in our Sales & Marketing CRM platform, enabling our sales and marketing teams to meet ever-evolving demands. Your strategies will be the foundation of a new operating model—bridging people, processes, and technology to create a seamlessly integrated sales and marketing organization. And through your lens, data will not just be data; it will be the narrative that empowers every role within our sales and marketing organization.What You’ll Do:
Design and develop interactive dashboards, lenses, reports, and data visualizations for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams using Salesforce CRM Analytics
Design and develop dataflows, datasets, and recipes to clean, transform, and process data
Optimize ETL pipelines to integrate Salesforce data with external sources (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, DataCloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Integrate CRM Analytics with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, and other third-party BI tools
Implement row-level security (security predicate) to control data access and visibility
Support best practices for data analytics solutions for large dataset handling, query efficiency, building, testing, and deploying assets with frequent iterative refinement
Identify and resolve issues related to data integration, visualization, and overall performance
Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams such as data engineering, security, and DevOps to ensure technical solutions align with business needs and use cases
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience with CRM Analytics (Formerly known as Tableau CRM/ Einstein Analytics)
Strong expertise in SOQL, SAQL, JSON, and dashboard customization
Hands-on experience with dataflows, recipes, ETL processes, and external data integrations
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, flow automation, schema design, and data security
Demonstrated experience with Agile/ Scrum development methodology and tools
Critical thinking skills with the ability to spot gaps, challenge assumptions, push back, and offer best-practice alternatives to ideas
Required certifications:
Salesforce CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant or willing to get it as soon as possible
Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer I
Experience with one or more of the following Salesforce solutions is strongly desired:
Financial Services Cloud
Marketing Cloud
Data Cloud
Pay Range: $82,925 - $110,525 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
