What We Do

Responsible for leading a team in identifying new business revenue opportunities and generating new business for the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a team that focuses on established and start-up real estate technology firms in need of licensing real estate data
  • Generating sales leads, based on information obtained from a variety of sources
  • Qualifying leads
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Guide the team on how to best maintain business relationships with customers and how to work closely with customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements.
  • Learn and promote company products and services
  • Collaborate with team members  to strategize solutions for customers
  • Provide guidance for team in how to engage in solution-based selling by developing a deep understanding of clients’ business requirements and evangelize how business capabilities align with their needs.
  • Proactively ensures accurate forecasting and reporting by providing timely (daily/ weekly) sales activity reports and CRM data to reflect the true status of opportunities.
  • Adheres to workflow, tools and processes to ensure executive leadership visibility
  • Ability to effectively negotiate
  • Has an in-depth knowledge of industry trends and market conditions to be able to guide the team to successfully meet business development goals

  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com or comparable sales tracking program
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Required minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a related field
  • Prior experience leading a team
  • Must have developed business contacts and proven sales record within relevant industry segment

Salary Range: $70,000.00 to $100,000.00 Annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
