First American is reinventing commercial title from within, including a new-to-industry national sales strategy. We’re looking for a unique, ambitious individual who wants to join an early-stage, high-growth operation within a larger, Fortune 500 organization. In support of the new sales strategy, you will grow a quality customer base through the acquisition of new business via a Full-Cycle sales model, adopting a custom mix of best practices from SaaS (Software as a Service) sales models, targeted sales models, cold calling, objection negotiation, and closing.Your qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven full-cycle, B2B sales experience.
- Savvy within a virtual sales environment (comfortable on camera, Salesforce power user, virtual pitches, cold calling).
- Track record of using data and selling techniques to drive sales conversion.
- Passion for commercial real estate.

As a SalesRepresentative, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build a pipeline of prospects and manage the sales stages from initiate to close.
- Identify and qualify potential clients by making proactive cold calls (phone, email, and foot canvassing) to generate appointments.
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients, selling our unique value proposition, and overcoming objections.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings based on customer feedback
- Grow market share from existing customers.
- Use data to drive decision making and continual improvements to the sales model.

- $60,000 to $75,000 Base Salary Range
- This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
