We are looking for a curious, empathetic, and proactive design expert who is excited to work through ambiguity and deliver exceptional user experiences and lasting value to our customers. The Senior UX Designer will collaborate closely with user research, product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are rooted in user needs while being technically feasible. You’ll champion forward-thinking, practical design and unite diverse stakeholders through collaboration, creative problem-solving, and persuasive storytelling. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience guiding designs from inception to realization, spanning concept exploration, user research, and high-fidelity feature development alongside engineering teams.What You’ll Do:
- Act as the "go-to" expert with in-depth knowledge of UX best practices and standards. Use research-related techniques to support recommendations. And drive outcomes.
- Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
- Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
- Provide responsive and interactive prototypes that will serve as templates for the development team.
- Evaluate the quality of the user experience. Test, analyze, and report results, and make recommendations to improve user effectiveness, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years of directly related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated; self-starter with good time management skills.
- A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experience crafting usable digital interfaces, including quantitative, qualitative, usability, and testing methods.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond quickly to emergent problems, and focus on both long-range projects and immediate tasks.
- Ability to take a verbal or written idea and craft user experiences and interfaces around that concept.
- Experience in defining success metrics and KPIs.
- Experience with stakeholder management, alignment, and presentations.
- Experience conducting UX research to inform design decisions and product roadmaps.
- Experience in the Microsoft application suite.
- Experience with Figma.
- Experience with Atomic Design and Design Systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GEN AI, AI Agents, and prompting is a plus.
- Experience in Real Estate, Title Insurance, Banking, or FinTech is a plus.
- Experience using data analytics platforms.
Pay Range: $109,650 – $193,325 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
